One strike and your out!

Do you ever read all the rules and regulations when you sign up for something? No!! I think most of us would say.
If you make a mistake or do something wrong unknowingly don't you expect to at least be given another chance to correct your mistakes? Yes! Except if we kill someone of course! Even then you are given chances in jail to better yourself.

Well I woke up this morning to find my Adsense account had been disabled due to invalid activity i.e. Too many clicks from the same IP's. Well unfortunately until about a week and half ago I didn't know asking for clicks was wrong. Yeah! I'm guilty of not reading the rules... :( my daughter told me and I said I didn't know that. So i quickly started deleting all the times I'd asked on my blogs because I didn't want this to happen. Turns out that my wonderful daughters being supportive and loving were still clicking the ads. Not aggressively by any means just a twice per blog post. I do understand why it's wrong to ask now I'm more informed.
To get a lifetime ban however is a little harsh especially when your new at something it is incredibly unfair. Everyone makes mistakes when they're first learning something. Also I lost the money I had earned from my blogs. Some of which could been from legitimate followers! What really upsets me too is all the money I earned from my monetized videos on YouTube also was taken by Adsense. That money I earned completely honestly without breaking any rules!! I was getting ready to make some more videos of my own and now I feel what's the point if I don't have Adsense!!

I'm sorry my lovelies I hope you understand why I'm so upset today. If any of you have dealt with this yourselves or know someone who has could you leave me a message in the comments box below. If any of you can help or show me support I would love that too!

Yours always

Delicate Pink Valentines Nails

This weeks Valentines nail is a more feminine and demure design. I hope you like it. This is all done freehand so if you like designs that are more artisan then I think you'll love this.
The above photo shows what I used to achieve the design. If you would like a list of what I used please leave a comment below.
So first start with clean hands and nails with your cuticles pushed back and trimmed if needed. Put on your favourite base coat, a strenghtening base coat is best. The background colour I used is a French tip color called Scarlet by Zoya no. ZP367.

I found that I needed three coats to achieve the color in the bottle. You'll need to wait and good amount of time to make sure all those layers have dried so I suggest about fifteen minutes between each layer and then about thirty after you have put the third coat on.

To add the art to your nails you will need a margarine lid or something similar to put the acrylic paint on. Then you will need a dotter brush or bobby pin and a short stripper brush.

The acrylic paint color I used is Spun Gold. It's a brown gold which gives it an antique look I think. To make the heart I used the stripper brush. Place the brush on the nail and slowly lighten the pressure as you pull down and lift quickly. You should have an upside down teardrop. Then do it again but pull it down toward where you finished your first teardrop and ta da! You will have a heart. I made each nail completely different to make them more artsy and less sticker like. Fill in the empty spaces using the dotter brush/bobby pin making dots in lines from top to bottom. Finish with your favourite fast dry top coat to seal in the acrylic paint and give you a beautiful shine.

I love how they turned out don't you? Very pretty and wearable for work.
Hope you loved this weeks mani as much as I do, till next week my Lovelies.

Disneyland's 30th Anniversary Parade

I've decided to make a series of blogs on my 1985 honeymoon visit to Disneyland. As you can see above I'm going to be sharing photos of the 30th Anniversary Parade at Disneyland. I hope you enjoy them.

Aren't the photos amazing! All this taken with an old Pentax roll film camera. I was so pleased that my husband found them.

For all of you that have been there recently and all the annual pass holders you must get a real kick out of seeing how much Main Street has changed i.e. Colors of the buildings, the costumes etc..

I was only twenty years old when we got married and I remember being so happy to be at Disneyland again. It was so great to share my Disney passion with my new husband too!

That anniversary sign on the float was made with lots of silver metal disks that fluttered and caught the sun. It was so beautiful!

Minne mouse looks amazing doesn't she? Question has float safety changed? I don't think she's strapped to the float in this picture.

Goofy being his playful self in this shot. I'm so glad I get to share these memories with all of you and that this platform of blogging is helping me leave something of myself for my family.

I hope you're all enjoying this trip down memory lane with me so that's it for this weeks Disney blog.

See yah real soon!!
