Snowy Sunday

I decided to venture out today. We had snowfall for the last three days and the temperature has dropped quite a bit. It was a frigid -21c but I needed groceries. So with help of my youngest daughter Kaitlyn (who by the way is a way more confident driver in this weather) we set forth. My gosh a lot of people go shopping on a Sunday! We have four grocery stores very close to each and I was surprised at how full the parking lot was. Then of course it dawned on me that people weren't just shopping for groceries they were shopping for Christmas also!! Geez Rachel Think think!! Duh! Thankfully though Superstore now has all their cash tills open on the weekends not sure if this is permanent or just for the holidays. Managed to get in and out in half an hour! Yay!
